Fatima started in fashion and beauty at just 16, where she learned about the real workings of retail and what makes people feel good about their purchases. Over time, she developed a deep understanding of customer behaviour, its impact, and how to run a successful retail business, which she brings to her consulting clients today.

In addition to consulting, Fatima is the founder of Fatima Hughes Studio, a beauty line designed to inspire confidence and individuality. Her experience running her own fashion-forward stores gave her a front-row seat to everything from buying and product development to managing teams and delivering a standout brand experience.
